| Sistemi Formativi Confindustria (SFC) is the training consortium of Confindustria, the main association representing over 150,000 manufacturing and service companies in Italy. With around 30,000 training hours delivered each year, SFC has extensive experience in upskilling programmes for enterprises and workers. It is a founding partner of the Cyber 4.0 Competence Centre and a promoter of 22 Italian Digital Innovation Hubs, working at the intersection of education and industrial transformation policy. Its European track record includes the 3LoE Centre of Vocational Excellence on multi-sector green skills. SFC coordinates the RECEBA project, providing strategic, operational, and financial leadership of the consortium. It also leads the work on sustainable governance, funding, and policy integration, designing the long-term viability model for the RECEBA network, and will organise the project’s final flagship event. |

ACR+
ACR+ is an international network of cities and regions sharing a common goal: promoting sustainable resource management. Its members, mainly local and regional authorities, represent around 1,100 decentralised public bodies across Europe. The network provides them with concrete tools and approaches to enact the transition towards waste-free circular systems in their territories and beyond. Encouraging innovation, knowledge transfer, and cooperation, ACR+ is at the forefront of the movement towards a circular economy, where resources are used sustainably and waste is minimised. ACR+ leads the dissemination, exploitation, and mainstreaming activities of RECEBA. It designs the project’s communication strategy, coordinates dissemination campaigns and stakeholder engagement across Europe, and ensures that results, policy recommendations, and good practices reach policymakers and circular economy stakeholders through its extensive network. |

Cleantech Bulgaria is a business network for sustainable development with more than 15 years of experience in supporting digitalization and the green transition. Lazio Innova SpA
Lazio Innova SpA is the in-house company of Lazio Region. Its mission is supporting growth, innovation and internationalization processes of companies and local communities. It also provides technical support to Lazio Region for the programming, planning and implementation of regional development and cohesion policy, with reference to the opportunities offered by European funds. On behalf of Lazio Region, Lazio Innova designs and manages subsidies and financial tools to support the growth and competitiveness of businesses in the region, using both European and regional resources. It is an Intermediate Body of RP ERDF Lazio 2021-2027. Moreover, it also manages Venture Capital schemes for startups, funded by ERDF. Orekan builds on the legacy of the public company Gestión Ambiental de Navarra (GAN-NIK) and serves as Navarra’s leading environmental knowledge and technical expertise hub. With more than 40 years of experience, it monitors and analyses key indicators related to water, air quality, biodiversity, and material flows across the region. Orekan acts as the regional coordinator of the consortium in Navarra and leads the operational deployment of the local Circular Business Lab (CBL), bringing together the training, innovation, and business acceleration capabilities of all regional partners within a collaborative framework. |

CEIN
The European Business and Innovation Center of Navarra is an initiative of the Government of Navarra designed to promote entrepreneurship and business creation. We promote entrepreneurship, the creation of new businesses, and the scaling of innovative startups. We also provide technical assistance for various processes and management services across different departments of the Regional Government. CEIN contributes to RECEBA through its expertise in business acceleration and incubation, supporting the design of the Circular Business Labs (CBLs) and leading the development of business acceleration support services for participating SMEs. CEIN also leads the “VET Excellence Intelligence for Circular Economy Skills” activities, laying the foundations for the establishment and operation of the Regional VET Excellence Panels across the partner regions. Vereniging Circulair Friesland
With 200 members from businesses, government bodies, and knowledge institutions, the Circular Friesland association plays a central role in the regional transition toward a circular economy. Through connecting, supporting and working with our members to build a region where we convert waste into reusable raw materials, where we build smarter and where we are preparing young people for the economy of tomorrow. This transition has not been a top-down directive but rather an organically developed model. Circular Friesland serves as both a central connecting point and a facilitator of the circular transition. Its bottom-up structure, created by regional companies with a shared belief in the necessity of a circular transition, ensures that the association acts not on its own interests but based on the ambitions and needs of its members. Circular Friesland is the linking pin between the RECEBA project and the Frisian Circular Ecosystem. The association will act as the lead for the Circular Business Labs (CBL), as well as make sure the RECEBA projects remains closely intertwined with the regional circular transition. With our experience on circular ecosystem creation we will be contributing to all aspects of the RECEBA project and we’ll ensure close connection with the regional circular SME’s. |
